Katie and Martyn were married at Cooling Castle in Kent, which was bursting with colour and heaps of dreamy flowers.

After soaring temperatures all week, I really couldn’t have blamed Katie and Martyn if all they wanted to do was dash towards the shade with a cool glass of bubbly in their hand. But no, my intrepid couple happily trekked across a field for some gorgeous golden hour photos - and I’m so pleased! We were all slightly ‘glowing’ when we returned from our golden hour adventure, but it was so worth it. It’s a brave pair who trust a photographer who wants to drag them out into a wheat field on a baking hot day! But you only get one shot at creating those blissfully romantic photos, and I’m so glad that Katie and Martyn made the most of their moment.
