…and I LOVE photographing weddings! Photography is my passion, obsession and lifelong love. I was given my first camera when I was 14 (if you don’t count the FisherPrice camera I carried everywhere when I was 2), and I’ve been taking photographs as long as I can remember.

After graduating with an honours degree in photography in 2002, I gained a professional diploma from a leading photographic studio. I photographed my first wedding in 2005 and that was when my two passions – photography and weddings – first met each other. There was no looking back! Since then I’ve photographed tiny weddings in rustic barns, huge weddings in castles and exotic weddings on far flung beaches. Every single wedding has its own story to tell.

I consider myself incredibly lucky to call wedding photography my job. What a privilege it is to be invited to the happiest day in a couples life, and spend it with their friends and family who are all there to celebrate love.

My work has been featured in local and national magazines, and I’ve won a clutch of awards along the way, too. It’s not really the awards that I treasure though – so many of my couples have become close friends and I’ve adored capturing their journeys – from getting married to blossoming bumps and beautiful babies. I can think of no greater honour.

Having photographed hundreds of weddings across Kent, I’m very proud to have won a number of awards, including the Muddy Stilettos Award for the best photographer in Kent!

I’ve also won the Best Wedding Photographer category at the Kent Wedding Awards four times, and have been crowned a winner in the Hitched Wedding Awards. Oh, and I’ve been recognised at The Wedding Industry Awards as a Regional Finalist for the last 7 years. Just a few awards to mention there!
