What a privilege it was to photograph Beth & Fred’s wedding at The Spa Hotel, Tunbridge Wells. I’m really, really loving their new temple (such a gorgeous silhouette and such a pretty backdrop - the perfect spot to swoosh a bridal gown!), and to be greeted by a spectacular display of rhododendrons in full bloom on a gloriously sunny day was the icing on the cake.

After many, many Covid related postponements, they finally got the day they’d waited so long for on the sunniest Jubilee bank holiday. And while they waited longer than they’d planned for their wedding day, it worked out rather well; their little boy Lucas was able to see his mum and dad get married. Weddings might have been put on pause, but life still happens and families have bloomed amidst the uncertainty. A magical reminder to seize the day and not to put off the things that truly matter.
