The golden light! The gorgeous couple! The incredible new temple at The Spa Hotel which is so romantic I could cry!
Kimberley and Joe finally got to have their special day, precisely 365 days later than planned. It might’ve been a bit of a wait to get here, but it was soooo worth it - their wedding day was a stunner!
It was wonderful to be back at The Spa in Tunbridge Wells, and even more so with a beautiful new corner of the grounds to work with. I’ve been waiting for two years to take photographs at their new temple, and it did not disappoint! I could’ve spent hours playing in the light and roaming the lovely grounds, but these gorgeous people had their guests to get back to. And what wonderful guests they had - there was so much love in the room. Since Covid has kept so many of us apart, there was an enormous sense of gratitude to simply be in each other's company… and what a magical thing that is.
The weather gods were even kind enough to gift us a beautiful golden hour - the perfect conditions to take some blissfully romantic couple shots beneath the temple, as Kimberley’s veil was lifted by the breeze for the most ridiculously stunning silhouettes (thanks to the amazing bridesmaids who helped out with some veil swishing!). Kimberley looked absolutely sensational and the pair were so clearly head over heels for each other.
